Sandra Leal - Alexander Technique

I trained at the Constructive Teaching Centre in 1986, with Walter and Dilys Carrington.

 

As well as my private practice, I have taught the Alexander Technique at a GP surgery, at Mount Vernon Hopsital cancer support centre, two drama schools (Mountview and Marymount College) and at North London Collegiate School for Girls in Edgware.

 

I have also assisted in the training of AT teachers both at the Constructive Teaching Centre, and the AT Studio in Wandsworth, London over many years.

We have recently moved to Frome, Somerset and I give private lessons from home there.
